We roast our beans in small batches to ensure freshness. Once your order is placed, it typically ships within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.

What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if your order is damaged or if you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.
